A champion rower, the Ruddington-born powerhouse has secured gold at the 2024 British Indoor Rowing Championships and silver at the 2023 British Championships, 2024 European Championships, and 2024 World Championships. His strength, size, and speed make him a rare force to be reckoned with.

Beyond rowing, Hammer has a background in football and sprinting, proving that his athleticism extends far beyond sheer power. As a personal trainer, he knows exactly how to push his limits—and his opponents won’t stand a chance.
